If there are kids, it will be a good idea to check the quality of education in the schools nearby before enrolling. The grocery should be very accessible so that the family can just replenish the supplies when these run out.
If the individual is single and finds rent to be a bit expensive, another way to get it will be to share this with a friend. This will surely bring back memories of staying in a dorm in college, which is quite big and has other things such as cable and high speed Internet that is very convenient who do a lot of work using a computer.

If you find yourself renting one of these (although many condo agencies forbid it) you could be subject to a wide variety of chores, and sitting on Condo boards which can be very time consuming, considering its not even for a property you own! While saving to buy a home, my husband and I rented an apartment, and it was a lot less time and trouble than other rentals.
